Beschrijving
A novel of spiritual quest that explores and attempts to tear down the once rigid demarcations between the material and spiritual worlds, THE MIRACLE is a spiritual adventure that pits good against evil.
THE MIRACLE details the spiritual awakening of an ordinary woman – Beth, whose gifts of clairvoyance bring her into an encounter with twelve people of various ages, including a man who has been abducting and killing children. A captivating assembly of interlocking stories and unique characters gives THE MIRACLE its force. With Jeffrey Spokane’s child of prophecy; Beth, our ‘every woman’ who becomes the ‘new human” and Nathan, the jealous sceptic, Gurian has populated THE MIRACLE with the poignant faces of human vulnerability. But make no mistake about it. This book is not about accepting our limitations, but transcending them.
